ZoffOff…

• is a registered non-profit association

• consists of teams of mediators who support you in identifying possible options for managing complex (conflict) situations and decision-making processes

• is open to everyone – individuals, associations, shared households, school classes, work teams or (non-profit) organisations

• addresses in particular people and institutions who do not have the resources for fee-based mediation services

• offers approximately three mediation sessions, each up to 90 minutes long, for each case

• offers the possibility of individual (mediation) consultation

• is free of charge. All mediators work on a volunteer-basis

• is independent and funded through donations only
